Product License

This License Agreement explains how digital products purchased from NextRiseX may be used. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

1. Personal License

A Personal License allows you to use the purchased product for your own personal, non-commercial projects.

You May:

  • Download the purchased files.
  • Edit and customize the files for personal use.
  • Print the files for personal purposes.
  • Create personal projects using the product.

You May Not:

  • Resell the product.
  • Redistribute the original files.
  • Share download links or purchased files.
  • Upload the files to any public website.

2. Commercial License

Some products include a Commercial License. Please check the product page to see whether a commercial license is included.

You May:

  • Use the product in commercial projects.
  • Create work for clients.
  • Modify and customize the product.
  • Use the product in websites, presentations, and business materials.

You May Not:

  • Resell the original files.
  • Upload the product to another marketplace.
  • Claim ownership of the original work.
  • Redistribute source files to clients or third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product but does not transfer copyright or ownership.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling purchased files.
  • Redistributing products for free or for sale.
  • Uploading products to torrent or file-sharing websites.
  • Sharing products with others who have not purchased them.
  • Removing copyright or branding information where prohibited.
  • Using products for illegal or fraudulent activities.

5. AI & Machine Learning

Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, digital products purchased from NextRiseX may not be used to train artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or similar technologies without the creator's written permission.

6. License Violations

Violation of this License Agreement may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of access to purchased products, and legal action where permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to This License

NextRiseX reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
